General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the conditions for the use of the entertainment and leisure park operated by WOOP! Funpark Graz GmbH (“Operator”) at the location Weblinger Gürtel 25, 8054 Graz (“WOOP! Funpark Graz”), as well as the use of the website https://graz.woop.fun and the rights and obligations of persons who have purchased tickets or vouchers from the Operator for themselves, persons who have purchased tickets and vouchers from the Operator for other persons, persons who have received a ticket or voucher from the Operator from another person who purchased the ticket/voucher — all hereinafter referred to as “Guest/Guests” and/or “Customer/Customers” — vis-à-vis the Operator. For the Operator and the Guests (hereinafter referred to as “Parties”), these T&Cs apply in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract/commencement of the contractual relationship.
For Guests who purchase tickets or vouchers for themselves or others, the contractual relationship with the Operator begins, and thus the effectiveness of these T&Cs, at the time the confirmation of the conclusion of the contract from the Operator is received by the Guest (see Points II. and IV.).
For Guests who have received a ticket or voucher from another person who purchased the ticket/voucher, the contractual relationship with the Operator begins, and thus the effectiveness of these T&Cs, upon acceptance of the ticket or voucher, but no later than when the Guest actually visits WOOP! Funpark Graz.
“Guests” may be both entrepreneurs and consumers according to legal provisions. Special legal provisions apply to consumers (in particular according to KSchG, FAGG, etc.).

2. Scope and Validity
These T&Cs apply exclusively to all business relationships between the Guest and the Operator.
Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary conditions, in particular any general terms and conditions of the Guests, are expressly — even with the Operator’s knowledge — not part of the contract, unless their validity is expressly agreed upon in writing (in the sense of a signature requirement).

Upon receipt of the confirmation of the conclusion of the contract by the Guest, the contractual relationship begins and these T&Cs are exclusively and fully effective.
In the case of an online reservation, the relevant documents (e.g., booking confirmation, tickets, voucher) are available for download.
The place of performance is the premises of WOOP! Funpark Graz, Weblinger Gürtel 25, 8054 Graz, Austria.

3. Registration
Only registered Guests or Guests who have signed the declaration of commitment to be submitted as part of registration may use WOOP! Funpark Graz. Use of the funpark without registration/signing the declaration of commitment is not possible.
The following personal data must be provided during registration: first name, last name, email address, date of birth, postal code, country, telephone number. The email address provided during registration serves as the Guest’s unique identifier (username). For Guests who have not yet reached the age of 14, registration must be carried out by their legal representatives.
Persons aged 14 and over must register themselves and sign the declaration of commitment independently.
Persons under 14 years of age may only visit the funpark under the supervision of their legal representatives or an adult supervisor authorized by their legal representatives for this purpose; whereby the legal representatives or supervisors are fully liable for the behavior of the children under their supervision, in particular compliance with the safety instructions published by the Operator. Guests can register via the Operator’s website https://graz.woop.fun, at the registration terminals in WOOP! Funpark Graz, or by filling out a data sheet on-site.
By signing the “Liability Waiver Declaration,” the legal guardian assumes responsibility for the consequences of non-compliance with the safety instructions and verbal warnings of the Operator. The legal guardian of the child is aware that use of the equipment on the Operator’s premises without following the safety instructions increases the risk of injury, which may include sprains, fractures, bruises, or, in extremely rare cases, more serious injuries, including the possibility of disability or death.
The Guest must provide truthful information during registration. The Operator is entitled to verify this information upon entering WOOP! Funpark Graz and may refuse entry to the funpark without cost reimbursement if the information provided is not truthful — unless the Guest demonstrably corrects this information. Verification is carried out by ID check.
After submitting the registration, the system immediately sends a confirmation email to the Guest.
4. Rules for Reservation and Ticket Purchase
A. General Rules
Guests may only enter/use WOOP! Funpark Graz at the times booked and bindingly specified in the respective ticket. Before purchasing a ticket, the exact service and the exact time period for which the ticket is purchased must be selected. The ticket is valid only for these specified services and time periods, and the Guest may only visit/use the funpark for these specified services and time periods. The duration of use depends on the selected attraction (e.g., trampoline and bowling sessions typically 1 or 2 hours, Pixel in 15-minute intervals, escape rooms with fixed time slots).
The current opening hours are published at https://graz.woop.fun/#offnungszeiten and can be viewed on-site.
For the use of some services/attractions in the funpark, additional items are necessary to ensure safe use. In this case, the Guest may only use the attractions if they have this necessary equipment/items. The Guest is informed before purchasing the ticket whether and, if so, which items are required for an attraction. The RFID wristband or card is required for all attractions and must therefore be purchased by the Guest in any case. If the Guest does not yet have these items required for use (e.g., non-slip WOOP! socks for trampolines and Pixel, bowling shoes for bowling, RFID wristband or card for all attractions), these must be additionally ordered and purchased.
A Guest can purchase tickets/vouchers for multiple persons at the same time and not just for themselves. By booking and paying for the tickets/vouchers, the Guest commits to informing the persons to whom they pass on the tickets/vouchers that upon acceptance of the tickets/vouchers, these T&Cs also apply exclusively and fully to the accepting person in relation to the Operator, and the accepting person may only visit the funpark if they have registered in advance/signed the declaration of commitment.
The Guest who makes the booking/reservation is responsible to the Operator for full payment, regardless of the number of tickets purchased by them; for example, in the case of a birthday party, the organizer is fully liable for full payment of all tickets, regardless of the number of participants or internal billing arrangements among them.
B. Booking and Purchase via Website
All information on the website as well as in brochures, newspapers, flyers, or catalogs is non-binding and does not constitute legally binding offers.
The Guest can submit an offer to use the facilities (purchase a ticket/voucher) via the website https://graz.woop.fun through the online shop. Only the Guest’s order transmitted electronically to the Operator via the online shop is considered a legally binding offer from the Guest. When booking, the Guest must specify: type of ticket, number of guests, desired date and time.
Before online payment, the Guest must be registered and select the payment method. Payment is made exclusively online with credit or debit card via the provider Stripe.
After clicking the “Pay” button, the system redirects to the Stripe payment page. There, the Guest enters the required payment information: name on card, card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC/CVV). The transaction is completed by confirming the payment.
After successful payment, the Guest receives an email about the completed payment as well as a reservation confirmation/confirmation of the conclusion of the contract. The contract is only concluded upon receipt of this reservation confirmation/confirmation of the conclusion of the contract by the Guest.
The Guest must present the reservation (QR code) in printed or digital form upon entry to WOOP! Funpark Graz. The Guest receives the invoice for the purchase upon arrival at the reception of WOOP! Funpark Graz.
C. Purchase on Site
Tickets can also be purchased directly at the reception of WOOP! Funpark Graz. Here too, the Guest submits an offer by expressing to the responsible employees their desire to purchase a ticket/voucher. Offers from the Operator in brochures, newspapers, flyers, catalogs, or on notices on-site are non-binding and do not constitute legally binding offers. The conclusion of the contract occurs upon the Guest’s acceptance of the confirmation of the conclusion of the contract in paper form (ticket). A reservation/booking without simultaneous payment is not possible.
D. Check-in Requirements
When entering the premises, the operator may check whether the following conditions are met:
1. The guest has a valid ticket;
2. The guest is registered;
3. A maximum weight of 120 kg applies to the use of trampolines (no weight limit for other attractions);
4. Age and accompanying person rules depending on the attraction:
- Funpark / Pixel / Bowling: not permitted under 3 years; 3-6 years only with an adult supervisor; independently possible from 6 years;
- Escape Rooms: not permitted under 9 years; 9-12 years only with an adult supervisor; independently possible from 12 years;
- VR: not permitted under 6 years; permitted from 6 years (considering health restrictions);
5. Height and weight restrictions for climbing attractions (Fun Walls): Minimum height 90 cm, minimum weight 10 kg, maximum weight 140 kg; children under 130 cm must wear a special children’s climbing harness with shoulder straps;
6. In the HiT iT Arena, special caution is required at head height for persons taller than 170 cm;
7. Persons aged 14 and over can register themselves and sign the declaration of commitment independently; for persons under the age of 14, only their legal representative may register and sign. Accompanying persons who are not legal guardians must be of legal age and may only accompany children with a declaration signed by the legal guardians;
8. The guest has the necessary items (e.g., WOOP! socks for trampolines and pixels, bowling shoes for bowling, RFID wristband/card for all attractions);
9. RFID wristband: To enter WOOP! Funpark Graz, you must purchase an RFID wristband. The wristband allows access to all attractions as well as lockers and cloakrooms and must be worn throughout the entire visit. Without a valid RFID wristband, access to and use of the park is not possible. The wristband is purchased on the first visit and is reusable (e.g., for lockers).
10. Access to the jumping areas is only possible after watching the safety video (verification via RFID wristband).
The guest is responsible for fulfilling these conditions. If these conditions are not fulfilled by the guest, they are not entitled to use the fun park or the attractions in question for which the condition must be fulfilled and have no claim to any reimbursement of costs from the operator.
V. Ticket Prices
The services of WOOP! Funpark Graz can only be used with a valid ticket. Types and prices of tickets are published at https://graz.woop.fun and available at the reception.
For individual inquiries, larger groups, corporate events, competitions, or voucher promotions, the Operator may set separate or ad-hoc prices. There is no entitlement to this.
The Operator reserves the right to change the prices published on the website at any time. This does not apply to tickets already purchased. All published prices are gross prices and include sales tax.
5. Use of WOOP! Funpark Graz
A. Risk Notices
The use of the facilities and attractions at WOOP! Funpark Graz involves risks and dangers. Even when all safety precautions are observed, serious injuries can occur. Each Guest participates at their own risk and commits to considering their state of health.
Entry and use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication are strictly prohibited. Persons with health restrictions (e.g., cardiovascular diseases, back or joint problems, epilepsy) as well as pregnant women may not participate in the activities.
Further details emerge from the safety instructions published by WOOP on-site and at https://graz.woop.fun/sicherheit-im-dem-funpark/, which must be observed.
B. Compliance with Safety Instructions
During use of WOOP! Funpark Graz, all safety instructions as well as the rules posted at the respective attractions must be strictly observed. This applies to all areas and attractions of the park (e.g., trampolines, bowling, Pixel, VR, escape rooms, HiT iT Arena).
Access to the jumping areas is exclusively permitted after prior viewing of the safety video (verification takes place via the RFID wristband).
In case of violations of safety instructions or rules — as well as in case of any behavior with which the Guest endangers themselves or others (in particular in case of disregard of employee instructions, presence under the influence of alcohol, medication or drugs, aggressive or violent behavior, the Guest is in a condition that prevents them from safely performing the activities in the funpark, the Guest does not have the necessary equipment to perform the activities) — the Operator is entitled to immediately terminate the use by the Guest and to immediately expel the Guest in question from the funpark or from the affected activities without entitlement to reimbursement of the ticket price. In particularly serious cases, the Operator may additionally issue a permanent ban from the premises.
6. Changes
The Guest must appear punctually, i.e., at the booked time for the booked activity, for the activities on the funpark premises. In case of late arrival, there is no possibility of a refund. At WOOP! FUN PARK, the jumping time is reduced according to the delay time. If the delay is longer than the purchased jumping time, the reservation will be cancelled.
Bowling time will be reduced by the delay time. If the delay time is longer than the purchased bowling time, your reservation will be cancelled. Your reservation for escape rooms will be cancelled if you do not arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the game.
The Guest has no claim to change their booking. However, as a pure accommodation to its Guests, without there being a legal claim to this, the Operator voluntarily accepts booking changes (only with respect to date and time) if the Operator has sufficient capacity. However, this is only under the conditions that the booked appointment/time/date has not yet begun, the change is requested by the person who made the original reservation/booking, and the change is requested in person at the reception of WOOP! Funpark Graz or by email to info@graz.woop.fun. The Operator endeavors in any case to find a solution in the Guest’s interest.
A reimbursement of the ticket price or an exchange for vouchers is excluded in any case.
7. Withdrawal and Termination
Withdrawal from the purchase of tickets/vouchers purchased online is not possible, even for Guests who are consumers, as these are leisure services with a fixed date (§ 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG). A reimbursement of the ticket price is therefore excluded.
For purchase contracts of goods (items, e.g., RFID wristbands, WOOP! socks, bowling shoes) concluded online, the Guest, if they are a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days, calculated from receipt of the goods by the Guest, without formality (§ 11 FAGG).
If WOOP! Funpark Graz cannot provide a service for reasons outside the Operator’s control (e.g., technical malfunctions, force majeure), the affected Guests will be informed as quickly as possible via info@graz.woop.fun. In this case, the Guest will be offered a solution — either rebooking to another date or an appropriate substitute offer.
8. Special Provisions for Birthdays and Groups
For birthday parties, school and club groups, as well as corporate and team events, in addition to these T&Cs, the conditions published in the respective package description (services, duration, included items) as well as the safety instructions apply.
The booking is made by the organizer and the contract is only concluded upon receipt of the contract conclusion confirmation from the Operator to the Guest. Changes to the booking (date/time) are possible, without the Guest having a legal claim to this, as a pure accommodation by the Operator under the conditions mentioned under Point VII. until the start of the booked appointment. A reimbursement of the ticket price or an exchange for vouchers is excluded. However, the Operator always endeavors to find a suitable solution together with the Guest. Costs already incurred by the Operator due to a binding booking by the Guest (e.g., for food or special services) must be paid in any case in the event of a change or cancellation.
The organizer confirms to inform all participants about the entry and safety conditions as well as each participant’s obligation to register/sign the declaration of commitment before visiting the funpark and to ensure that the registration/signing of the declaration of commitment before visiting the funpark is submitted by all participants or, for participants under 14, by their legal representatives. For groups with minors, a sufficient number of adult supervisors must be ensured. For school groups: at least one adult accompanying person must be present for every 10 children. Participants may not enter the funpark if these requirements are not met; the organizer has no claim to cost reimbursement in this case.
The purchase of an RFID wristband is mandatory for all participants (first purchase on first visit; reusable). Other required items (e.g., WOOP! socks, bowling shoes) must be used depending on the selected activity.
Own decorations, cakes, and food/beverages are only permitted with prior written consent of the Operator and in compliance with the safety and hygiene regulations, which can be accessed at [X]. Open flames (e.g., candles, sparklers), confetti, glitter, as well as taping/attaching objects to walls/facilities in the funpark are prohibited without prior written consent of the Operator.
For damage caused by the group, the organizer or the person causing the damage is liable according to legal provisions.
The organizer assumes responsibility for ensuring that all supervisors are informed about their supervisory duties, accept them, and comply with them. Every supervisor must also register/sign the declaration of commitment. The supervisors commit to actively supervise the children throughout the entire stay, enforce the safety rules announced by the Operator, and ensure that only registered participants use the attractions according to their respective abilities and capabilities.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints can be submitted at any time in person at the reception of WOOP! Funpark Graz or in writing by email to info@graz.woop.fun. The Operator confirms receipt and endeavors to process each complaint as quickly as possible and to find a solution together with the Guest. If immediate processing is not possible, the Guest will be informed about the status of processing within 14 days at the latest.
10. Miscellaneous
The contents of the website https://graz.woop.fun (texts, photos, graphics, logos, design) are protected by copyright. Use or reproduction without prior written consent of the Operator is not permitted.
The current version of these T&Cs is available online at any time at https://graz.woop.fun/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen/ and in printed form at the reception of WOOP! Funpark Graz.
To the extent legally permissible with respect to Guests who are consumers, exclusively Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
To the extent legally permissible with respect to Guests who are consumers, the court with subject matter and local jurisdiction for the Operator’s registered office is established as the place of jurisdiction.
