I confirm for myself and as legal representative for all my children that I am fully aware of the content of this commitment declaration and the appendix to this “Commitment Declaration”. I have carefully read the declaration and the appendix. I have fully understood them and expressly accept them for myself and as legal representative for all my children.

 

I: DECLARATION OF THE UNDERSIGNED

 

I expressly declare that I accept this “Commitment Declaration” for the following location and all attractions offered there:

WOOP! FUN PARK Graz, hereinafter: “WOOP! Premises”

 

I expressly declare that I am the parent/guardian or legal representative of the children I have indicated.

 

I expressly acknowledge that I may not sign this declaration in relation to children whose parent/guardian or legal representative I am not.

 

This declaration may only be given/signed by the respective parents/guardians/legal representatives for their children/child.

 

I may only grant access to the WOOP! premises to children whose parent/guardian or legal representative I am not, if the respective parents/guardians/legal representatives have signed this declaration for their children and have given me their consent to take their children to the WOOP! premises as a supervisor.

 

I may only be a supervisor of a child for whom I am not the parent/guardian if I am of legal age (= have already completed my 18th year of life).

 

I declare that I have made my children, whose parent/guardian I am, and all children whose supervisor I am, aware of all the following rules, have explained them to them in a manner appropriate to their age, and have assured myself that they have understood and will comply with them.

 

By signing this “Commitment Declaration” I declare that I am aware of the consequences of this declaration and expressly agree to it.

 

I declare that in the case of a birthday party in the premises of WOOP!, where I have been commissioned by the parents/guardians/legal representatives as an adult supervisor (organizer), I will have this commitment declaration signed by the respective parents/guardians/legal representatives for all children present before entering the WOOP! premises.

 

II: USER DECLARATION

 

For use by myself or my children whose parent/guardian I am, or children whose supervisor I am,

 

I declare that I allow the children to participate in WOOP! activities voluntarily and at their own risk.

 

I am aware of the increased risk of injury, which may include sprains, bone fractures, or in extremely rare cases, more serious injuries, including the possibility of disability or death.

 

I commit to always act responsibly and considerately towards myself and other participants, to strictly adhere to all usage rules and safety instructions communicated to me by WOOP! or its employees (through verbal or written notice), and to adapt the activities on the WOOP! premises to my personal physical and mental abilities. I will not participate in an activity if I do not trust myself to do it according to my personal abilities; whereby I will particularly consider my knowledge, experience, and physical abilities, including my state of health.

 

I commit to ensuring with the utmost care:

  • that the children for whom I am the parent/guardian, through my supervision or the supervision of a careful adult supervisor commissioned by me at my sole responsibility, always act responsibly and considerately towards themselves and other participants,
  • strictly adhere to all usage rules and safety instructions communicated by WOOP! or its employees (through verbal or written notice), that the activities carried out by the child/children on the WOOP! premises are adapted to their personal physical and mental abilities, and that the children/child do not participate in an activity if they or I, or the careful adult supervisor commissioned by me at my sole responsibility, do not trust them to do it according to the personal abilities of the child/children (particularly considering the age, knowledge, experience, mental and physical abilities, and health condition of the child).

 

I accept all usage regulations and safety instructions for the safe use of the WOOP! premises and the attractions there. I commit to reading and following all usage regulations and safety instructions completely, including verbal instructions from staff. I commit to ensuring with the utmost care that my children/child, through my supervision or the supervision of a careful adult commissioned by me at my sole responsibility, always follow all usage regulations and safety instructions completely.

 

The usage regulations and safety instructions can be found in written form on-site at the WOOP! premises and online https://graz.woop.fun .

 

I expressly acknowledge and expressly agree that WOOP! or its employees do not separately control and monitor compliance with and adherence to the usage regulations and safety instructions by myself and the child/children. Only if an employee actively notices non-compliance with usage regulations or safety instructions will they point this out to me or the child/children, and I or the child/children must follow the instructions of the employees. I expressly agree that exclusively I or a careful adult commissioned by me at my sole responsibility is responsible for compliance with these instructions by the child/children.

 

If I, as an adult person, have been commissioned by a parent at their sole responsibility to supervise a child/children at the WOOP! premises, I am solely responsible for ensuring that the child/children always comply with all usage regulations, safety instructions, and other instructions from employees, that the activities carried out by the child/children on the WOOP! premises are adapted to their personal physical and mental abilities, and that the children/child do not participate in an activity if they or I do not trust them to do it according to the personal abilities of the child/children (particularly considering the age, knowledge, experience, mental and physical abilities, and health condition of the child).

 

I assure that my information regarding age and health condition is correct.

 

I declare that I or the child/children are not under the influence of alcohol, other illegal substances, or medications that impair psychophysical abilities, and will not do so during future visits. I or the child/children have no diseases or physical disabilities that pose a danger to me or others when participating in WOOP! activities. I or the child/children are not pregnant and have no sensory sensitivity problems, neurological disorders, binocular vision disorders, psychiatric problems, or other serious medical problems.

 

In case of a physical or psychological problem of myself or the child/children, I or the child/children will only use the WOOP! premises if it has been previously confirmed by a competent doctor that use of the WOOP! premises is still possible without health risk. Should such medical confirmation not have been given in advance, I or the child/children will not use the WOOP! premises.

After careful consideration of the psychological and physical abilities and health condition of myself, the child/children whose legal representative I am, the child/children whose supervisor I am, I assume full and exclusive responsibility for my actions and the actions of the child/children as well as their consequences.

 

I am liable for all damages that I, the child/children whose legal representative I am, the child/children whose supervisor I am, culpably cause to the facilities of the WOOP! premises.

 

I agree that my obligations/declarations entered into by signing this declaration apply to all visits to the premises of WOOP! Graz for an indefinite period, so that it is not necessary to sign the declaration again for each individual visit. I am aware that I can revoke this declaration at any time on-site at reception or by email to info@graz.woop.fun .

 

I expressly commit to notify WOOP! on-site at reception or by email to info@graz.woop.fun if my health, psychological, or physical condition or that of the child/children whose legal representative I am, or whose supervisor I am, has changed since the last visit to WOOP!.

 

I assume full responsibility for this my declaration.

 

III. Liability Waiver

 

For persons under 14 years of age, this “Commitment Declaration” must be signed by a parent/guardian/legal representative before use of the WOOP! premises. Persons over 14 years of age must sign the “Commitment Declaration” themselves before use of the WOOP! premises.

 

By signing this “Commitment Declaration”, the undersigned assumes responsibility for the consequences of non-observance of the safety instructions and verbal warnings/instructions of WOOP! employees by him/herself and by the child/children whose parent/guardian/legal representative or adult supervisor he/she is.

 

The undersigned is aware that using the equipment in the premises of WOOP! without following the safety instructions/usage regulations increases the risk of injury, which may include sprains, fractures, bruises, or in extremely rare cases, more serious injuries, including the possibility of disability or death.

 

Based on the signed “Commitment Declaration”, the undersigned expressly releases WOOP! Funpark Graz GmbH, FN 648474p, Weblinger Gürtel 25, 8054 Graz, as well as their employees from any liability for injuries and/or damages that occur to the undersigned or their children/child whose parent/guardian he/she is, due to non-compliance with safety and usage rules as well as verbal instructions of WOOP! or their employees.

 

The person who signs the “Commitment Declaration” expressly commits not to initiate civil legal proceedings against WOOP! Funpark Graz GmbH, FN 648474p, Weblinger Gürtel 25, 8054 Graz or their employees in case of such injury or damage, neither for themselves nor for the children whose parent/guardian they are.

 

I assume full responsibility for the accuracy of my statements in this commitment declaration.

APPENDIX

A: INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE OF THE WOOP! PREMISES in Center West.

 

Visiting and using the attractions on the WOOP! premises requires prior registration via the website at https://graz.woop.fun or at reception on-site. Every visitor must sign a commitment declaration.

 

Persons who have completed their 14th year of life may register themselves and use the WOOP! premises alone after signing the commitment declaration.

 

Persons who have not yet completed their 14th year of life may only be registered by their parents/guardians/legal representatives and use the WOOP premises only after the commitment declaration has been signed by the parent/guardian/legal representative and only under supervision appropriate to the age and individual abilities of the child/children by the parent/guardian/legal representative or an adult supervisor commissioned by them at their sole responsibility.

 

However, we reserve the right to verify by telephone whether the commitment declaration document for persons who have not yet completed their 14th year of life has actually been signed by the respective parent/guardian/legal representative.

 

  1. WOOP! FUNPARK

 

Jumping on trampolines, climbing, and using all other attractions is safe if you follow the instructions.

 

All instructions for safe use of individual attractions (usage regulations and instructions) are part of this “Commitment Declaration”, are constantly available online at https://graz.woop.fun, are posted at the respective attractions on-site, and you can receive them in printed form upon request at reception.

 

These usage regulations are additionally presented in summary form in a safety video on-site at WOOP! FUN PARK, and employees provide additional safety instructions as needed.

 

The following restrictions apply to visiting and using all attractions in WOOP! FUN PARK:

  1. Children under 3 years are not permitted to use the attractions.
  2. Children over 3 and under 6 years may only use the attractions accompanied by a parent/guardian or an adult supervisor who supervises them.
  3. Children over 6 years can use the attractions independently.

 

Access to the play area is only possible after watching a safety video that requires identification with a wristband.

 

General safety instructions that all visitors (including children) must follow:

 

GENERAL RULES

  • ALL ACTIVITIES IN THE PARK ARE ONLY ALLOWED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • When jumping, all safety instructions from WOOP! funpark staff must be followed.
  • Entering the jumping area is only possible with non-slip socks from WOOP! funpark for better grip and a special wristband (RFID).
  • You should always have control over your body. This means you should not exceed your physical abilities and should only perform activities that you feel confident about and that are safe.
  • If you do not follow the rules, serious injuries and even death can occur.
  • We recommend wearing light sportswear when jumping.
  • Wearing wet clothing is not allowed.
  • It is forbidden to chew gum or eat sweets while jumping.
  • It is forbidden to bring food or drinks onto the active area or consume them.
  • It is forbidden to use a phone or VR glasses while jumping.
  • All jewelry and sharp objects must be removed.

 

RULES FOR JUMPERS AND USE OF TRAMPOLINES

  • The maximum permissible weight of 120 kg must not be exceeded.
  • Running, pushing, scratching, biting, or playing catch is forbidden.
  • It is forbidden to lie down on mats and trampolines.
  • Always jump in the center of the trampoline and always land with both feet simultaneously.
  • Always watch the jumpers around you.
  • It is forbidden for two jumpers to use one trampoline simultaneously. If someone enters your jumping area, please stop jumping immediately.
  • It is forbidden to land on the head or neck.
  • Single somersaults and simple tricks are allowed, as well as double somersaults, but only at your own risk and it is recommended to consult WOOP! staff before your attempt.
  • Jumping from the trampoline to the floor is forbidden.
  • Climbing or hanging on the safety nets is forbidden.

 

RULES FOR THE FOAMPIT

  • Only one jumper may jump at a time.
  • It is forbidden to land on the head or neck.
  • Before jumping, ensure that the landing zone is free of other people.
  • Leave the foam pit immediately after landing.

 

AIRBAG

  • Always jump onto the airbag and land on your bottom or back.
  • It is forbidden to land on the head or neck.
  • Before jumping, ensure that the landing zone is free of other people.
  • Always wait until it’s your turn to jump. Do not skip the line.
  • Leave the area immediately after landing.
  • When leaving the airbag, be careful not to cross other landing zones.
  • Always adjust your height to your abilities.

 

BATTLEBEAM AND LADDER

  • No more than one person at a time on the ladder.
  • No more than two people at a time on the battle beam attraction.
  • Hitting or aiming at the head area is strictly forbidden.

 

CAGEBALL

  • Only two players are allowed at the same time.
  • Each player starts the game on their own trampoline.

 

DODGE BALL

  • In dodgeball, it is forbidden to throw balls at the head.
  • It is forbidden to kick the ball with the foot.

 

 

SLAM DUNK

  • Climbing the basketball hoop is not allowed.
  • Proper dunking is allowed, the ring should be released immediately afterwards.
  • Only one person per trampoline is allowed.

 

HiT iT ARENA

  • Climbing the arena from outside is strictly forbidden.
  • Only one person may slide down the slide at a time, and only with bottom and feet first.
  • Always make sure no other person is on the slide before sliding down.
  • It is forbidden to climb up the slide.
  • It is forbidden to use the power tower from top to bottom.
  • Use the different areas of the HiT iT Arena according to the pictograms.
  • From a height of 170cm please watch your head.

 

CLIMBING WALLS (FUN WALLS)

  • Children must weigh more than 10 kg and be at least 90 cm tall.
  • The maximum weight of a climber must not exceed 140 kg.
  • Children under 130 cm must wear a children’s climbing harness with additional shoulder straps.
  • Climbing is only allowed in WOOP! socks with non-slip soles.
  • Long hair must be tied together with a rubber band.
  • Climbing over the climbing attractions, as well as changing climbing walls during climbing is forbidden.
  • The “FUN WALLS” climbing walls have an auto-belay system to ensure climber safety.
  • Before climbing, it must be ensured that the safety harness is correctly and properly attached.
  • Climbing is only allowed when the auto-belay equipment is properly attached.
  • Only 1 climber is allowed on each climbing wall.
  • It is forbidden to stay within the “safety zone” of a climbing wall.
  • Hanging upside down on climbing walls or other attractions is forbidden.
  • On the side of the climbing walls there is a rescue rope that may not be used for climbing.
  • When climbing, the safety rope of the auto-belay should always be between both hands.
  • When descending from the climbing wall, you may lightly push off from the wall with your feet.
  • For the attractions “slide” and “jump into the air”, additional safety instructions apply, which are explained directly by WOOP! funpark staff before using the attraction. To use the attraction, you must put on additional safety equipment.

 

  1. WOOP! VR

 

The following restrictions apply to visiting and using VR attractions:

  1. Children under 6 years are not permitted to use VR attractions.
  2. Children over 6 years can use VR attractions independently.

 

 

The following safety instructions apply to playing VR games:

  • Different VR games are recommended for different age groups. The relevant game descriptions and age ratings are visible outside the VR area or can be inquired about from the responsible WOOP! funpark staff. However, the final decision about participation of children and adolescents lies with the parents/guardians or accompanying supervisor.
  • Persons with neurological diseases, especially epilepsy, are prohibited from participating in VR games.
  • Instructions from WOOP! staff must be followed at all times. Playing in a tired or exhausted state should be avoided, and after each hour of play time, a break of at least 15 minutes must be taken.
  • Players must keep their bodies under control at all times during play, not exceed their psychological and physical abilities, and adapt the game to their individual possibilities.
  • If symptoms such as dizziness, blurred vision, eye or muscle twitching, disorientation, uncontrollable movements, or cramps occur during play, the game must be stopped immediately. WOOP! staff must be informed immediately. Furthermore, medical help should be sought if necessary.

 

  1. WOOP! BOWLING

The following restrictions apply to visiting and using all attractions in WOOP! Bowling:

  1. Children under 3 years are not permitted to use the bowling lanes.
  2. Children over 3 and under 6 years may only use the bowling lanes accompanied by a parent/guardian or an adult supervisor who supervises them.
  3. Children over 6 years can use the bowling lanes independently.

 

The following safety instructions apply to bowling:

  • The game is only allowed in special bowling shoes.
  • When bowling, all safety and other instructions from WOOP! staff must be followed.
  • Players must keep their bodies under control at all times during play. Their own psychological and physical abilities must not be exceeded, and the game must be adapted to individual possibilities.
  • Crossing the black line is prohibited.
  • Reaching into the ball return device is prohibited.
  • Entering the playing surface of the bowling lane is .
  • Any throwing of the bowling ball outside one’s own lane is strictly prohibited.
  • Always contact WOOP! staff for technical problems.

 

  1. WOOP! ESCAPE ROOMS

 

The following restrictions apply to visiting and using all attractions in WOOP! ESCAPE ROOMS:

  1. Children under 9 years are not permitted to use the escape rooms.
  2. Children over 9 and under 12 years may only use the escape rooms accompanied by a parent/guardian or an adult supervisor who supervises them.
  3. Children over 12 years can use the escape rooms independently.

 

The following safety instructions apply to visiting escape rooms:

  • Different escape rooms are recommended for different age groups. The relevant game descriptions and age ratings are visible outside the escape rooms or can be inquired about from the responsible WOOP! funpark staff. However, the final decision about participation of children and adolescents lies with the parents/guardians or accompanying supervisor.
  • All users are aware that the game itself is the intellectual property of the provider or its contractual partner and commit not to pass on game content, solutions, or puzzles to third parties.
  • Photography and filming within escape rooms is only permitted for private souvenir photos of one’s own person; recordings of the game, puzzles, or solutions are forbidden.
  • During games, all safety and other instructions from WOOP! staff must be followed.
  • Escape rooms are mind games. No violence may be used to solve puzzles. Excessive force is not required and not permitted.
  • In the escape rooms you will find stickers labeled DO NOT TOUCH. These stickers mean that these objects may not be touched. They can still be part of the puzzle but must be used without touching.
  • Each object or clue can only be used once and is no longer needed to continue the game after use.
  • Violence, running, or climbing of any kind is forbidden.
  • If help is needed, the help button on the AHS system (self-help system) can be pressed. A hint can be requested every 10 minutes.
  • If you need additional help for any reason, press the red button on the side of the AHS system. You can also get additional help by waving with both hands. Staff can intervene as escape rooms are monitored via video and audio systems for safety reasons.
  • Each escape room also has clearly marked panic buttons. These should be pressed if the room should be left immediately. Alternatively, staff can also be notified by waving.

 

  1. WOOP! PIXEL

The following restrictions apply to visiting and using all WOOP! PIXEL attractions:

  1. Children under 3 years are not permitted to use WOOP! PIXEL.
  2. Children over 3 and under 6 years may only use WOOP! PIXEL accompanied by a parent/guardian or an adult supervisor who supervises them.
  3. Children over 6 years can use WOOP! PIXEL independently.

 

The following safety instructions apply to the “PIXEL” game:

  • Any hanging or climbing on the PIXEL fence is forbidden.
  • It is forbidden to jump from one PIXEL arena to another.
  • A maximum of 4 players can play simultaneously per PIXEL arena.
  • Wearing non-slip socks from WOOP! funpark is mandatory.
