Rules for Your Birthday Party at WOOP! Graz

To make sure your birthday party is truly special – and at the same time safe and stress-free – we’ve prepared some important rules and guidelines. Please read them carefully before your visit and follow them. That way, we can all make sure your party runs smoothly, is fun, and without any problems.

1. Registration

Registration is mandatory for all children participating in the birthday party.
 👉 You can easily do it online at www.graz.woop.fun or directly on-site at the park.
 👉 If a child is already registered, there’s no need to register again – the existing registration is valid for all future visits.
 👉 Without a signed commitment declaration, children cannot take part in the activities. If you bring children who are not your own, the registration must already be completed by their parents.

2. Arrival at the Party

We recommend that the birthday child arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled time to welcome the guests. The children will then be picked up and taken care of by an animator.
Parents are welcome to visit our WOOP! Bar and relax with a coffee or another drink while waiting.

3. Minimum Age and Number of Children

Birthday parties at WOOP! are suitable for children from the age of 6 years.
The packages are designed for at least 10 children. If fewer attend, the price remains the same. We therefore recommend inviting at least this number of friends to make the party lively.
Each additional child will be charged according to the valid price list.

4. Animator and Parent Presence

Every party is led by a WOOP! animator, who takes care of fun, animation, and safety.
The presence of parents is not required, except if the birthday child is younger than 9 years or if more than 15 children are participating. In this case, parents must be present – or you can book an additional animator for €60.

5. Equipment and Clothing

All necessary equipment (e.g., socks, bowling shoes) will be provided on-site.
We recommend comfortable sports clothing that allows free movement.

6. Food & Drinks

Each birthday package at WOOP! Graz includes:
✅ one animator
✅ use of the chosen attraction
✅ drinks or snacks
✅ a gift for the birthday child

SUPER Package: homemade iced tea
MEGA Package: homemade iced tea, children’s sparkling drink + salty snacks (pretzels, crackers)
ULTRA Package: homemade iced tea, children’s sparkling drink, slushy + salty snacks and fresh fruit

👉 The birthday child will receive a gift depending on the chosen package (from a WOOP! voucher to a premium package with bracelet and T-shirt).

Additional Food

If you’d like to add extra food or a sweet program to the party, you can book the following:

  • Mini Party Box (S) – 3 slices of pizza (various types) | €4.90/child

  • Mega Fun Box (M) – 3 slices of pizza + 1 cake pop | €7.90/child

  • Super Star Party Box (L) – 2 slices of pizza + chicken nuggets with fries + 1 cake pop + 1 slushy | €11.90/child

👉 If you didn’t order this when booking the party, you can still add it by sending an email to info@graz.woop.fun (please include the date and name of your reservation).
Sweet packages must be ordered at least 7 days before the party, savory packages at least 5 days before the party.

7. Bringing Your Own Food

Bringing food from outside restaurants is not allowed, except in the case of special dietary needs for medical reasons.

  • You are allowed to bring a birthday cake (service fee €15).
  • If a child has confirmed allergies or medical conditions, their own food can be brought without extra charge.
  • If you’d like us to store the cake in our refrigerators, please bring it at least 1 hour before the party starts. For larger cakes, please inform us in advance as fridge space is limited.
  • Bringing food and drinks into the WOOP! Bar is not allowed.

8. Allergies and Special Requirements

If the birthday child or any of the guests has allergies, medical conditions, or other special requirements, please inform the animator before the party. Only then can we make sure the children are always safe and well taken care of.

9. Payment, Changes, and Cancellations

  • Payment is made at the reception on the day of the party. WOOP! vouchers are also accepted.
  • Changes to the reservation must be communicated at least 24 hours before the party by email – we will adjust the booking free of charge, subject to availability.
  • For cancellations or major changes less than 24 hours before the party, we unfortunately need to charge for the costs already incurred (animator, ordered food).
  • The final number of children must also be communicated at least 24 hours before the party. This is important as it defines how many animators are required. If an additional animator was booked due to a higher number of participants, but fewer children show up, the cost for the animator will still be charged (€60 per party).
