General information

You’ll find WOOP! Graz in the Center West shopping mall. During the school year, we’re open in the afternoons on weekdays, longer on Fridays and Saturdays, and throughout the day on Sundays. During school holidays and public holidays, we’re open every day from the morning. You can always check the exact schedule here.

Before their first visit, every guest must register via our website. Registration is completed individually; for guests under the age of 14, it must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

If you have already registered during a previous visit to any WOOP! location, you do not need to register again.

Booking an attraction is not mandatory, but it is recommended to secure your preferred time slot and avoid waiting. Reservations can be made via our website or directly at the reception desk. Reservations cannot be made by email or phone.

Our attractions are designed for nearly all ages – from young children to adults.

  • Funpark, bowling, and Pixel: children under 3 are not allowed; between 3–6 years they must participate together with their parents (as active participants). From 6 years onwards there are no restrictions.
    – trampolines: maximum weight 120 kg,
    – climbing walls: minimum height 90 cm.
  • VR: suitable from 6 years and up.
  • Escape rooms: suitable from 9 years and up; children under 12 must participate with their parents.

If you’re unsure whether an attraction is suitable, just ask our staff in the park – we’ll help you find the best option.

Yes! Lockers are available in the park and can be locked with your WOOP! wristband, which you buy on your first visit and then keep forever. Our WOOP! bar serves drinks, snacks, and food for when you get hungry or thirsty.

The WOOP! wristband and card are mandatory equipment required for every visitor. They grant access to the attractions and are used to lock lockers. They are also linked to the signed liability waiver. Mandatory equipment can be purchased at the reception desk. For group activities such as bowling, escape rooms, Pixel and VR, one wristband per person is enough.

No. The purchase of our mandatory equipment (wristband//socks) is a one-time purchase and remains your property. You can reuse it for future visits. Only newly issued mandatory equipment is charged if needed.

If it is a group attraction and the maximum group capacity has not yet been reached, you can arrange this at the reception upon arrival.

If it is an attraction where one ticket is required per person, you can add an additional reservation online or at the reception upon arrival.

1) Commitment declaration

Registration is mandatory for all visitors in the Funpark (jumping, climbing, etc.) – quick and easy online or directly at the park. This helps us ensure your safety while using the attractions and creates your personal WOOP! profile, which you can also use for future visits.
For Bowling, Pixel, VR and Escape Rooms, registration by one responsible person per group is sufficient. In addition, each group needs one WOOP! wristband so we can assign your bookings and services quickly and clearly on site.

All visitors must register regardless of age. Children under 14 need to register together with their parents or legal guardians, while from the age of 14 they can register on their own.

We use your data only for the purposes of your visit and store it in compliance with data protection laws. Your data is securely stored and never shared with third parties.

By entering the park, visitors agree that they are aware of the risk of injuries, that they will follow the rules, and adjust activities to their own abilities. Each visitor is therefore responsible for their own safety. If an injury does occur, we’re always here to help and provide first aid.

Of course – but please note that the responsibility for all underage visitors lies with their parents or legal guardians. If children come without their parents, they must have a registration already completed online by their parents in advance. Without registration, entry to the park is unfortunately not possible.

2) Tickets and reservations

You can easily make a reservation online. It’s not mandatory – you’re always welcome to just come by. In that case, you might need to wait a bit for your chosen attraction, but you can use the time to try something else or grab a snack at our bar.

If your plans change – no worries, nothing will be lost. When you arrive, we’ll try to move your booking at reception, and if that’s not possible, you’ll receive a voucher that you can use any other time.

Each ticket is valid for one specific attraction and for a set time. There’s no universal ticket for all attractions. If you’d like to stay longer or try something else, you can easily arrange it at reception or online and simply add more activities on the spot.

Of course! If more people join you than originally booked, you can easily buy additional tickets at reception – if there are free spots, we’ll be happy to add them to your booking.

3) Rules and safety

Yes – you’ll get familiar with the rules and guidelines already during registration, and before the activities you’ll also watch our safety video. Rules and tips on how to use the attractions and make the most of your visit are displayed around the park. Our staff is always present to help and make sure your experience is safe and fun.

Each attraction has its own rules to keep things safe and fun for everyone:

You must use WOOP! equipment, depending on your booked attraction e.g. special socks, a wristband, and/or bowling shoes. You cannot use your own equipment, as this is the only way we can guarantee safety and the same conditions for all visitors.

Each visitor knows their own health and abilities best, so it’s up to you to decide which activities are suitable. If you have special needs or health concerns, please consult your doctor before visiting and let our staff know so we can help you choose or make adjustments.

Safety is our top priority – all attractions are regularly inspected and maintained, and rules are clearly displayed. Our staff is always present to monitor and assist. If an injury happens, we’ll provide first aid immediately and arrange further care if needed.

Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased directly through our website, with the option of home delivery. You can also choose the print@home option and print the voucher yourself at home.  Our vouchers can be conveniently purchased online; the date selected during checkout only reflects the purchase date, as the voucher is not tied to a specific day and can be redeemed at any time online or on site.

You can choose from value vouchers, gift vouchers, vouchers for individual attractions,



The validity period is indicated on the back of the voucher. Print@home vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Yes, the vouchers can also be partially redeemed at the bar. The necessary information is provided directly on the voucher.

1) Fun park

WOOP! Fun Park Graz is one of the largest indoor amusement and activity park in Austria. It spans over 1,700 m² and features 11 different attractions. With a single ticket, visitors get access to all attractions included in the Fun Park.

Yes. Before entering the Fun Park, all visitors must watch a mandatory safety video. Upon entering the park, everyone is guided through a compulsory warm-up session before using the attractions. In the climbing area, guests receive clear instructions and training on how to properly use the safety systems.

Visits are based on time-based tickets, such as 60, 90, or 120 minutes. During this time, visitors can freely use all attractions included in their ticket. For the best overall experience, a 90-minute ticket is recommended.

Advance booking is not always required, but it is recommended on weekends, public holidays, and during school holidays. For birthday parties and larger groups, advance booking is mandatory to secure a time slot.

4) Pixel

WOOP! Pixel is an innovative interactive indoor game played in a dedicated Pixel arena on a 5 × 5 m LED floor with more than 250 illuminated tiles. The floor creates dynamic patterns and challenges while players step on the lit squares, follow on  screen instructions, avoid red tiles, and choose from 10 different games that test reflexes, coordination, focus, and teamwork.

WOOP! VR Games are interactive virtual reality experiences where you fully immerse yourself in digital worlds using VR headsets. Birthday parties

Every birthday party at WOOP! is led by an animator who takes care of the fun, activities, and safety of the children. Parents can relax knowing the celebration is organized from start to finish. Of course, you’re welcome to stay if you feel it’s needed. The presence of parents is mandatory if the birthday child is under 9 years old or if more than 15 children are attending (in that case, an additional animator can also be arranged for a fee).

Booking is quick and easy online – once booked, your slot is confirmed. You can see all programs and packages on our website. After booking, we’ll give you a call to confirm the details. If anything is unclear, you can always email us.

The minimum age for a birthday party at WOOP! is 6 years. Packages are designed for at least 10 children – even if fewer attend, the price stays the same. That’s why we recommend inviting at least 10 friends, so the package is fully used and the fun is even greater. For each additional child, a fee applies. Children of different ages can attend, and the birthday child is always included in the total.

Yes, all children must be registered – their parents can easily do this online in advance. During the party, our animator takes care of safety and fun. Parents can decide themselves whether they want to stay present as well.

Each package includes an animator, use of the chosen attraction, snacks, drinks, and WOOP! socks. Food and sweets can be additionally ordered from us. Bringing your own cake is allowed, but a service fee will be charged.

No worries – health always comes first. If illness occurs, just let us know as soon as possible so we can find a new date together. A birthday party at WOOP! never goes to waste.

You can pay for the party at reception on the day of the event. WOOP! gift vouchers are also accepted.
